Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I got an email this morning from the rescue we are working with (KY Dachshund Rescue) and she has given my info to the person that will be doing our home visit. He's supposed to be contacting me soon and then hopefully if all goes well, we can go choose our new furry family member this weekend! Yay!

There were a couple that caught my eye on her website but it's more about finding one that will get along with my kids. That is my main goal...and of course one that will get along with my dog but he's pretty laid back.

As I said, my main concern is finding one that will get along with my kids. These are the young females that she has on her website. I'm so excited!!!
