Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

so a girl at our OR location is preg. she asked my boss about maternity leave policies.. my boss asked the higher ups. when she asked about it, she instantly said "is sara pregnant????"
anyway, they googled the laws and i just walked into the office while they were discussing it and it looks like it isn't good news. 
i just think it's funny that instantly they thought it was me!! i bet they are WAITING for the day it's me.. i wonder if they talk about it, lol!
