Where to get nice costume jewelry to go w/ evening dress

I have a wedding to go to at the end of the month. I'm wearing a long strapless evening dress with sparkly heels (the shoe color is basically like white rhinestones).

   I want to get a nice necklace, dangly earrings and some sort of chunky bracelet/bangle to match the shoes. Problem is all the stuff I see online looks cheesy or is really expensive. I don't want to spend a ton since I'll likely only wear this jewelry once in a blue moon. Any ideas where to get some pieces? I live in N. Jersey, so I'm fine with stopping at a boutique. Buying online is ok too as long as I know I'll get it in time. TIA.

The Juniors section in Nordstrom.  They always have very nice, trendy, inexpensive costume jewelry.

I get a lot of jewelry that I have worn to weddings and functions at Macy's or Lord and Taylor. Elle Tahari has a nice costume jewelry collection. Caroline something does, too. I'd go to those stores and to the counters in person to see what they have as they often have a better collection than advertised online. I've also worn pieces from White House Black Market. You can also try Cache in the mall.

My friends always talk about Charming Charlies but i've never been to one. I know there is one in Freehold mall; not sure if there is one up north (or how expensive they are)

Is there a Charming Charlies' near you? There is one at the Freehold mall. Everything is coded by color and the stuff is pretty inexpensive.
