We were told that she was a boy. At least we know now and don't have to change her name. Now I have to hope that Gwen is a girl....
Her appointment was today and we learned she is healthy and free of parasites and negative for Feline Leukemia. She goes back in 4 weeks for a booster and a rabies shot.
Re: Super Kitty is a girl
SURPRISE!
Sounds like it was at least an entertaining trip to the vet!
I was going to suggest that she was probs a girl...a male tortie is such a rare occurrence that it was almost impossible that your Super Kitty was a boy.
Yay for two beautiful girls though!
ETA: When we have fosters, and they're too little to tell their sexes for sure, we assume that all torbies/torties are female, and all orange tabbies are male (there are more female orange tabbies than male torties/torbies, but still).

Haha! I just love that Super Kitty is a girl!
My leopard gecko is named Turbo and I named her before we could tell that she was a she. She has a totally badass name for a girl

Makes sense!! I was pretty surprised in your post yesterday when you mentioned a male with tortie coloring; that's like the jackpot of rare kitty occurrences!
At least she doesn't need a name change!
And I'm glad to hear she's got a clean bill of health so far!

I was all excited because we have a son with a genetic change and I thought "it's meant to be" to have this kitty
She was a cuddle bug today at the vet and was all about the snuggles with me.
I almost said the same the other day.
