Talk me down....totally ridiculous
My assistant got me a huge cup of regular coffee. she apparently didnt hear me say decaf. about an hour after finishing it i realized there was NO way it was decaf. she was like 'oh oops. sorry' she doesnt know I'm pg so I cant fault the response but my freaking heart is pounding and I've had nothing to eat. I'm fine right??? I know the answer but I'm just so not happy right now

Re: Talk me down....totally ridiculous
your fine. but go eat somethinga nd drink water.
you'll be fine. I drank regular from time to time during both my pregnancies.
You're probably working yourself up..go get something from a vending machine - you'll feel better
Mangia! My Family Table
You'll live. I drink SO much caffeine, it's ridiculous, and it's still not near the amount of caffeine that's considered a lot in a day. Like, a frappucino, soda, and iced tea in a day. One time isn't going to do anything to you or the baby...it's when you're constantly drinking it that's a problem.
I drank regular coffee every single day when I was pregnant. You should be okay.
Your fine!
I drank regular coffe everyday throughout both pregnancies. Drink water and eat some carbs.

I never gave up caffeine - you'll be fine! I agree with the others though, eat!
Stevia or Truvia or whatever it is - I would stay away from. That stuff made my heart feel racy and I stuck with regular sugar throughout PG.
