Pinterest style...

If you are a pinterester (is that a word) do you mostly pin stuff from blogs/pictures on the internet, mostly pin from other pinterest pins (i.e. repin), or a pretty good mix of the two?

Just wondering. 

PS I pinned something from a blog I found via pinterest (I think it was a nestie who had a pin about homemade crackers) and Tillamook cheese just repined it b/c it had Tillamook in it.  It felt very circular...

I am just getting into Pinterest, but I am trying to pin from other sources besides Pinterest because it does feel very circular. I am pinning food/recipes, and I think they are still somewhat limited on Pinterest. I keep seeing the same ones over and over.

I "re-pin" almost exclusively.  I haven't figured out how to pin from my ipad (laziness, I'm sure...see siggy line as evidence).

Crazy! I usually pin outside things because I use it as a way to remember tutorials and ideas that I will want to use later. Only occasionally will I repin something else, mainly because I don't want to get too sucked into that stuff. I'd rather spend that time crafting ideas I've pinned!

I'm about 50/50.  but it's weird when I pull up my pinterest page and is shows all my "friends" and everyone has the same stuff pinned.

It's very incestuous, that's for sure!  I typically browse pinterest from my phone and haven't figured out how to get the tool on my safari browser so mostly I just repin.

Just for this, I'm going to try to never repin unless it's totally amazing.

I'm about 70 outside and 30 repins.  I used to be just 100% outside...I also agree that seeing something repinned a ton of times isn't awesome, but I can't deny that I still sometimes like it.
