I guess I'd say I'm trying to branch out to some other boards on here. I was actually on here a while ago asking about crate training because I wasn't sure if it was too late. It ended up going very well. Anyway, my husband and I have a 1 year old german shepherd named Bear and a 2 year old dobie mix? named Narlie (see siggy). We just "adopted" Narlie around Christmas from some people who couldn't (or didn't want to) keep her (I know we're enablers which I feel bad about but, I'm a sucker for a dog in need). She fits in the the family so well and you can't help but love her. They both think they're lap dogs.

Re: Can I join you?
Yay! Another poster! SO exciting!
Your pups are adorable! And don't all large dogs think they're lap dogs? Silly puppies, laps are for kitties!
Welcome. Your dogs are really cute.
I'm new here too (within the week) so I should probably do an intro post too soon.
