Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Elly - Soutzoukakia question

In your post today you linked to these and since I have a ton of ground beef in the freezer I figured I'd make them next week. I'll do mashed potatoes but what veggie do you serve with them?

  • We just had them last week or the week before and just ate them with salad. I tend to do that the most, Greek salad especially. :) Depending on the season, I've also done roasted asparagus or brussels sprouts, garlicky green beans, or even some sort of sauteed green like spinach.

  • They sound great and relatively easy to make. I'm hoping to make them next week but I don't know if I'll have time.
