I found this blog (via Posey) and it has some great information about dog behavior and that the warning signs were there.

I also saw this on 9 News. They had a behaviorist from DDFL who also gave some great tips. Like, if you go up and pet a random dog it is the equivalent of hugging strangers. Not appropriate, rude and you might be some backlash.
I hope it is an opportunity for people to learn dog safety.

I'm so glad they're at least trying to turn this into a learning experience for everyone! Whew!
Also, Wag and Train is great. They worked with us with our BC (that we ended up rehoming so that she could live a happier life) pro bono for a while which was completely amazing.
