I jumped on the scale this morning to discover I have lost a total of 10 lbs since the start of the healthy living extravaganza at the Tree House January 1st!
My (albeit sometimes white knuckle,) LiCh self control is actually paying off! Soon I may be able to fit into the majority of my pants again!
