Im not sure what your budget is but I found that the place that we stayed in 2 summers ago is listed.

my sister and her family stayed downstairs- 3116 Asbury

About a block and a half from the beach.  Very quiet.  Very nicely stocked- we and the kids loved it.  Both have decks.  3116 has a covered deck with a gate to keep the kids in- if it rains that nice.

Thank you! This is perfect & exactly what we are looking for. Now need to show the hubby & in-laws...... I'm thinking they are going to like it!!!

We had a funny coincidence when we stayed there.  After my vacation, I posted pictures of our vacation on facebook and one of my friends on there posted a comment that we stayed in her parents house!  It turns out the owners are the parents of someone I went to HS with.

Talk about small world...and facebook makes it smaller. I've never been to the Ocean City beaches. I have been to the Ocean City Yacht Club for a few sailboat races but that was back in the late '90s. And I remember that it is a "dry" town and we had to go to another town close by to a bar/restaurant called Brownies. I wonder if it's still there... but have no idea where it even was....ha! Can't waitt until my hubby gets home from work today to show him this!!!!!!!!!!
