Anyone Have the Toyota Highlander?

we just bought one yesterday! Love it already I've never had a CRV, but I think the highlander will be a lot bigger then the CRV. We traded in our RAV-4, which I think is about the same size as a CRV.

Ditto - the Highlander is much bigger.

I know this doesn't totally answer your question, but I LOVE my Rav4 and chose it over the CRV.

We bought ours the year it came out, 2001.  It has over 100K miles and runs great.  We absolutley love it.  My SIL has a new CRV and it is very nice but much smaller.

Also - I don't mean to be rude because I obviously don't know your plans or situation or whatever, but if you're planning on another baby, I'd go w/ the highlander or something of that size.  My Rav4 is TIGHT w/ two kids.

I bought the Highlander in 2009 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it.  I had the Rav-4 before that which I loved, but it got totaled.  But I LOVE the highlander.  Much more roomier and drives heavenly

I agree with the others... the CRV is gonna be a lot smaller than the highlander.... so thats probably the biggest thing to think about.

  the toyota RAV-4 is probably closer in size to the CRV.

I LOVE LOVE RAV-4s :-) I'm on my second one.. my first one just got totalled in November :-( , and when i was looking for a new car,  i pretty much refused to look at any other car LOL toyotas are great- the RAV 4 is awesome... its roomy, BUT it drives so nice and smooth like a car, and is great on gas :-)

I looked the highlander, too... but it was just a little bigger than i wanted for everyday driving. Although, we don't have any kids yet... so i might regret that once kids are here! LOL gorgeous car, though!

I had a CRV for a year and traded it in bc I hated it. Have the Pilot now and love it.

my husband has one and we love it. my only thing that we dont like, basically because we didnt realize it when we bought it is that the 3rd row does not have the latch for the car seat.  so if you put a kid in the 3rd row you have tio secure it with just the regular seat belt

oh and we traded our Rav because we needed something bigger for our growing family, not because we didn't like it. We loved it, just tight w/ 2 kids.

MH has a Highlander and I have a Rav-4. They're both great cars but I really love the Highlander. Right now I'm driving it because we switched a few weeks ago and I'm too lazy to switch the carseat but I don't want to give the Highlander back.

 I second this. I feel like mine is tight and I only have 1 kid.

we have a Highlander and a CRV and I definitely prefer the Highlander.  We have the hybrid and it has better gas mileage than the crv and rides like a car. We've had it for about 1 1/2 years now and I just love it.

I'm obviously in the minority but I didn't love it when I test drove it. It was nice but I think it's b/c I had already test drove my CX-9 and once I drove that, everything else didn't compare. MH has a Toyota though and his is still going strong. The CRV was way too small for me. GL!
