Salsa Chicken or Dump Chicken Recipes

I know someone posted this before (probably many times), but of course I didn't put them somewhere I can find them.    

Can I get the Salsa Chicken and the Dump Chicken Recipes?  Pretty please??  TIA!

Also, can I just put the chicken in there frozen?  Or does it have to thaw first?

Salsa chicken-

 I use frozen thighs...

1 can black beans ( I drain and rinse)

I cup salsa

1 tsp or so of cumin

Can add 1 cup or of frozen corn

Cook in crockpot, then shred chicken.  Really good in tortillas or on top of rice.

I got it on here, but we've done a lot of variations now.  Generally it's the following...

A few chicken breasts (I always thaw before throwing in - about 3 to feed us)

Salt/Pepper/Cayenne

A jar of salsa (yup jar)

A can of cut/crushed tomatoes

Cook all day on low and then when I get home I add the following and turn to high:

A can of black beans, a can of corn (or frozen), several handfulls of spinach

Also you can stir in a little sour cream or cream cheese at the end for a creamy sauce

I've also done straight up chicken (I put in frozen breasts) and a jar of salsa.  The end.  If you get home and put in some minute rice for about 5 minutes, it will soak up the juice and be yummy.  Non-minute rice does not work, even if you leave it in there much longer.
