I should go to the doctor, right?
6 weeks of counting calories and working out and I still have yet to lose any weight. Not one pound. My jeans are a little looser, but nothing to right home about. With the difficult losing weight and some other symptoms, it's time to go in and have my labs checked, right? I'm also tired all the time, pale especially in the morning, irritable, my HR is usually in the 90s, my temp is often in the 99s, and more anxious/depressed. My mom has hereditary hemolytic anemia, which some of the symptoms fit. They also fit hypothyroidism though. Maybe it's the bcp. I don't know. What I do know is I can feel myself slipping back into bad habits because I'm so frustrated with this. I've never stuck to anything this long so to not have it working.... I'm still working out, but my diet is headed down the slippery slope to lardville. Sorry for the rambling and bringing this up again. I can't decide if I'm crazy or if there is something actually medically wrong.
Re: I should go to the doctor, right?
I am sorry that this is happening. I would certainly go to my PCP and ask for some bloodwork to rule out hypothryroidism and whatever genetic conditions you might be predisposed to.
Good luck!
