As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

All this talk about interviews I had to share
I applied with the local Sears store on Sunday, and it let me set up an interview thru the application process, which they say is normal. However my interview was set at 10:30 yesterday morning. I drove all the way over there and they told the 3 of us waiting that they didn't have enough people to conduct interviews. I am so mad. I would have made drive if I knew I was going to be turned away and they set up the times online.
