Can I sub honey for corn syrup in a recipe?

Specifically, it is for these Grape Nut Carb bars.  You melt sugar, corn syrup and PB in the microwave and then mix it with the Grape Nuts and press it flat in a pan to make bars.

Would honey work instead?

Yeah- I think that would work.  You're not making candy, etc. so the sub should be fine.

Both of my granola bar recipes call for honey and not corn syrup so I'm pretty sure it would work fine.

Interesting.  I am trying to make it healthier, so maybe those would be good substitutes.
