As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

you guys... it's Freaking Finally Friday!
and not a moment too soon! I have had The Cold (the icky coughy nasty one that's going around) for 10 days now, likely turning into bronchitis.
I have to drive to NJ tomorrow (returning Sunday) for my sister's birthday.
We haven't had electricity in half of the upstairs for more than two weeks so John's staying home to fix it (bc the 10 hours he spent doing so last Saturday was pretty much for naught).
Have I mentioned The Cold? bc The Cough means I haven't slept well for more than 10 days.
And the temp who's been here since Oct, leaves today. The new FT exec asst starts this afternoon. I haven't met her yet. Apparently was supposed to during the interview process but no one asked me. We sit five feet from one another and our jobs overlap a bit. Hopefully we will get along, right?
If it weren't for the Damned Cold/Cough, I'd drink.

DH had The Cold/Cough for like a week and a half. it sucked. hearing him cough incessantly made me want to strangle him. hope you feel better soon!!
amen and TGIF!! a co-worker has The Cold/Cough. she stayed home a few days but OMG It is the loudest cough in america!
and we head to Chi-town this weekend!!!!!
i hear The Brandy is good for The Cold.
