VOTE! TIP March book

Here at TIP BC (TIP Book Club) we have a rather democratic style of choosing our book. So we're putting it up for a vote!

Haters, feel free to vote for the worst of these options just to feck with us.

Readers, feel free to add suggestions in the comments, too!

Re: VOTE! TIP March book

  • I am voting Little Women as I know it's free a lot of places, but am open to any of them.

    Oh, FFS.
  • Oh, good point Malibu: the first 4 are all free in electronic book form.
  • I voted for Watership Down because it is about rabbits and because I have never read it.

  • I voted for Watership Down. I don't think I have ever read that one.I am gone for a couple of weeks in March, so I fear that I will miss that meeting, too. Such is life.

A suggestion I have for the future is Lady Chatterley's Lover.

  • Am I allowed to vote for anything but Other Boleyn Girl? Because that's my vote. Hopefully next month Joaquin will learn to go to bed so I can participate. I've always liked Willa Cather's style.

This is basically how I feel.

  • C'mon Watership Down!  I've read The Other Boleyn Girl and most of the rest of Phillipa Gregory's work.  My dad would LOVE it if I finally broke down and read Watership Down.

  • Thanks for bumping, imoan! And should we declare voting over at a certain time? Or do a run-off vote for the top two choices?

    I voted Watership Down!

    Me too!
