Absolutely heartbreaking. Hearing the 911 tapes makes me so sad.

Looking at the Josh P makes me sick..... I cannot help but think I wish there were protocols in place like when she made the call to 911, she should of been able to identify herself as a caseworker # and instead of the $hit the operator was asking it could of facilitated a quicker response. Looking at it now there are so many problems (obviously) happened prior, like PP said red flags not even having to do with the big ole red flag that could of maybe done something. Poor sweet kiddos, and I feel so bad for the grandparents too.
