acupuncture or massage therapy...please come in...
has anyone ever used either of these methods to help with back pain? MH has had injection also but he has a job where he is physical, so I was hoping to look into alternative methods as well.
Unfortunately our insurance doesn't cover it, but if someone had a REC and had personal experience with either, we may spend the money on it!
Also, on a related note, has anyone used any massage schools to get a massage? I know these are usually discounted.

Thanks ill ck out Warren!! I know Dover Business College in Dover and Paramus does discounted too for a similar price, not sure how they are though. His source is mixed. He has had MRI and sees the Physical Medicine doctor that specializes in spine for injection. Just wanted to research alternatives as well....we likely wont do chiropractor again. He had a bad experience where the dr tore his labrum in his hip, which resulted in another surgery!
OUCH! i had a really bad chiro too- he completely wrecked me. but most are NOT like that. if he is willing to try it again, i'd HIGHLY recommend Ascenza Wellness in Blairstown NJ, i drive 40 minutes for him. he's very very gentle, and very good. His name is Sandy Giacobbe.
