Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • 8 oz chopped semisweet or bittersweet chocolate

    3/4 cup heavy cream

    2 tbsp room temp unsalted butter 

    Place the chopped chocolate in a bowl.

    Scald the heavy cream, pour over the chocolate. Let stand for one minute, then add butter and stir until smooth.

    I use it warm to glaze eclaires, profiteroles, pound cakes, etc. Or I'll whip it and use it to fill and frost cakes.
