Closing tomorrow!
I have been so paranoid about this falling through. We looked for a new place for over two years. We've been living in 720 sf with FOUR of us...!! Every step of the way I've been a nervous wreck! Thankfully everything has really been quite smooth. Inspection went great, negotiations after inspection weren't too bad, P&S was signed a day early, dealing with mortgage folks wasn't too painful. We're cleared to close.... dare I get optimistic at this point?!? Our closing is scheduled 25.5 hours from now!!!

we just closed on our new home. It is pretty much just signing papers at that point. They would have let you know if something was outstanding. I am sure you are good to go!
