what do you use your griddle for?
aside from pancakes & grilled cheese type sandwiches? I really like using ours (an electric one) b/c of the size & the nonstick just makes it so easy to cook on but I'm wondering what else I can do with it... eggs I guess?
Thanks!
Re: what do you use your griddle for?
I guess you could use it to make bacon.

From Hey To Horses
I cook an entire breakfast on it at the same time, pancakes, eggs, sausage/ham.
I have taken it on vacation when we've stayed in small cabins and/or with large groups. I've done hamburgers, chicken breast, etc, pretty much anything you can cook in a pan.
