Recipe for sugar cookie frosting?
I am looking for a good recipe for frosting cookies that is not royal icing. I used one that was posted here a few months ago but of course, I can't find it.
I am looking fo one that "drys/hardens" a bit so I can package the cookies later w/o the frosting getting everywhere.
