As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Question about freezing mushrooms?
I have beautiful mushrooms that I bought 5 days ago to make chicken Marsala, but since the husband is having a gout attack today, and mushrooms can irritate gout more, I wanted to freeze them to use later.
So I was wondering if anyone has ever frozen mushrooms and how were they when you went to use them later. Thanks in advance!
