Know of a Public Garden in Arlington?
I am not so familiar with Arlington. My women's club is looking for a public garden to "plant" windmills in, in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month (April). We partner with a small elementary school in Arlington, which is why we want to focus on Arlington.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

There's the Bon Aire Rose Garden & I think that's Public.
Also, Potomac Overlook Park is definitely a county park (so "public?") but I'd imagine you'd need to get permission to do your project.
do you mean the kind of gardens where you can grow your own stuff? Or just a pretty garden at a public park?
Garden at a park, or something like that.
