Hi ladies:
I'm looking for a good oven fried chicken recipe. Any help?
ETA: I found one on delish.com, but it calls for buttermilk. I don't have buttermilk, can I substitute that with regular milk?

Re: Oven fried chicken
faux fried chicken
You can take a cup of milk and add a tablespoon or so of white vinegar, in 5 minutes you have a buttermilk substitute.
So Tasty, So Yummy
Thanks.
I actually googled the substitution after I posted. Thanks.
butting in: this is so good to know!
