OK, so here is a theory I have.
I theorize that while they think this is Centauri Earth, it is really Earth Earth. But, it's been so long since anyone has lived there because they all blew each other up. (I mean, this is why they were leaving). So it's all overrun with animals and maybe some crazy survivors, but mostly like totally wrecked building ruins, etc.
Like Planet of the Apes! lol.

OK, I will look them up. I am muddling through Devil's knot right now and just got alterts that the new Alex Delaware and Hollows series books are out this month though.
