Re: how to prepare western style ribs
I'm not sure either. The ad says fresh pork steaks or western style ribs. I was hoping someone else had heard of them. lol
I found this information online-
Western-style pork ribs can be prepared in a variety of ways. They come from the shoulder portion of the pig and are more commonly referred to as country-style ribs. These ribs come boneless and, unlike other ribs, require a knife and fork to eat. They can be cooked barbecued on the grill, braised in the oven or even cooked in a slow cooker. These ribs are so versatile that you can choose to marinate, dry-rub with seasoning or baste with a sauce. They do require an hour or more cooking time, so plan ahead.
