Favorite meal you can freeze
Hi ladies, I'm sorry this is probably asked a lot. I'm wondering what your favorite meals are that can be frozen other than soups or lasagna? I'd like to start putting together a list of things to prep closer to when the baby arrives so I can freeze them.
Thanks!

Melissa's Bolognese Sauce
Basil Mint Pesto with Walnuts
Vodka Sauce
(all you have to do with any of the above is defrost and quickly cook some pasta)

Crockpot Chicken Tacos - this freezes great
3 Large Chicken Breasts (I use frozen ones)
2 cans black beans, drained
1 can red beans, drainedSalsa (1-2 cups, i would guess)
1/2-1 tbsp Cumin
3-4 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Frozen corn (optional)
Put chicken in the crockpot and all other ingredients on top of it. Cook on low for 3-5 hours until you can shred the chicken. Serve on a tortilla with mexican fixings. Enjoy!
