WWAND

A little girl at daycare has been throwing up this morning.  DH is wondering if I should go pick up E and keep her home today.  What would you do? I figure if it's going to make the rounds, she'll get it anyway.

Re: WWAND

  • I would assume the little girl is going to be sent home?  I would keep her there, if it makes the rounds, then you can keep her home when she gets it.

I agree. If she's sick, she'll have to go home. I'd do the wait and see if E gets sick then keep her home when you have to :)

    Yep.

And if she's already been throwing up (the other little girl), E has probably been exposed.  She might avoid it.  I'll hope that she does for you guys!

  • Ditto the above.
  • Thanks ladies!  I feel the same way, I just wanted to make sure I wan't just being lazy because I don't want to leave the house! ;)
  • Why is she there?   She should go home.

She has already been exposed... pencil yourself in for a couple days off starting tomorrow or Wednesday. (hopefully, she is spared the stomach flu is a weird bug)

  • The little girl got sick after she got to daycare.  One of her parents was coming to pick her up, but she was still there when DH dropped E off.
