Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

PTs/OTs- Internship question
A friend of mine is looking into doing an internship this summer, and her advisor is not being very helpful. She is in Boulder and a junior/senior at CU.
Is there any website she could look for listings or is there a good way to go about checking into it? She's pretty upset with her advisor and is having a hard time finding anything.

I agree, K. But her major is physiology, so I don't know if they have an exclusive track for PT/OT. Not my field.. so what do I know?

That's different then. Sounds like she's looking for volunteer hours? We only did internships (fieldwork) once we were enrolled in the program and after graduation. We were required to do volunteer hours before we were accepted to the program.
If that's the case, I would call to any rehab facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics etc near where she lives/works to see if they accept volunteers.
