I'm certain we're not the only people this happens to.
Occasionally, when we have a scheduled recording set through our DVR, it won't record, or it'll only record a minute or two, and comes up with the message that this recording was interrupted and that some of the recording might be lost. I have Desperate Housewives on a series recording and it messed it up that way last night. I just noticed it now when I was about to start watching. It's very annoying.
In the past when I've called Comcast about it, they just send the signal through again, but it never helps.
Does this happen for any of you? Have you fixed it? If so, how?

That used to happen to us regularly.
I finally found the only way possible to fix it - I cancelled Comcast and signed up with a competetor. It was the best TV desicion of my life (that, plus adding HBO to the new order).
I hate Comcast more than words can describe. Seriously.
Yep. Same here. I wish we could switch, but there are no other options in our area (we can't do dish in our apartment).
