Need suggestions on meet & greet, and ? about business cards
I was asked to attend and make some hors d'oeuvres for a women's meet & greet next month (it's for local women entrepreneurs)...there will be about 100 women there.
I need ideas for what to serve - I will not have access to power so it has to be something bite size that can be room temp. I'm probably making 2 different ones...and I'd like them to be a little "fancy".
And for those of you who have business cards supporting your blog - what do they say?

this.
And stuffed dates are one of my favorite room-temp apps. I stuff mine with goat cheese, craisins, and pistachois, wrapped in bacon.
So fun - congrats lady
!!
I'd consider doing a dip perhaps? I know you've got some delicious ones on your blog. You could keep it warm in one of those small candle things and serve it with a platter of breads/crackers (perhaps your recently posted foccaccia?). I guess the only concern there would be double dippers, lol.
Tomato/Bocconcini/basil skewers with a really nice reduction?
What about individual truffles for dessert-type thing?
Have fun - seems like a great networking event. For the business cards, do something simple...blog name/your name/contact details/blog URl.
