Had the upper GI scope

Good news:  they didn't find anything.

Bad news:  they didn't find anything.  No signs of what is causing the pain and if it was my acid reflux there would be signs so the dr thinks it could be something else.  Which likely means more tests.  At this point I'm hoping it's all in my head like poorly managed stress.

Other bad part is I'm still woozy from this morning and they could not find a vein so I have 3 bruises and needle marks to show for it.  I look like a junkie. Plus the usual sore throat.  Oh well, hopefully they'll figure out what it is soon or it will go away on its own.

Re: Had the upper GI scope

  • Glad they didn't find anything serious. Hope they figure out what it is soon. They still haven't figured out mine. I just gave up.
  • ugh, I'm sorry but glad at the same time for you K.  I hope you are able to work at finding out what you need to help it go away. :(  hugs to you.
