NE1 else get a class action lawsuit email re: Summer Infant monitor?
I just got it via email. I guess they had my name from my BRU registry. I think it says BRU in the email too. Anyway, does this look legit? I've never done a class action lawsuit thing before.
edit: I've gotten a few of these things from time to time through the mail- but never via email.

the law suit isn't even about the camera not working. It's about the picture not being encrypted & can be picked up in the airwaves and people were unaware of this. Personally, I think it's really frivolous. I don't see how it's the stores responsibility to tell people this when purchasing it.
Isn't that the buyer responsibility to see if the monitor is encrypted? I know one of my friends went and got a very expensive monitor so that it was encrypted . This is so stupid.
