DH wants me to attempt this so bad. I'm really scared to screw it up so I've yet to try.
I'm curious to see the responses.
This is the site I use to meat cooking times. I usually make a crust with breadcrumbs, garlic, rosemary mositened slightly and pat it on top. Hope this helps.

I would do something simple like roasted potatoes, just cube up some potatoes, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary or any other herb you may have and a little garlic. Save room on your baking sheet and add some asparagus or green beans about half way through the cooking of potatoes.
