Girls Night menu inside. I need a drink recipe!
I'm having about 6 girls over just because. I also have some new cute tasting dishes to use so maybe that's the occassion. Here's the menu so far:
garlic olives
garlic olives
soup shooter (still looking for a recipe I love)
baked zuc with onion dipping sauce
steak crostini
polenta w/ roasted veggies
pan fried feta w/ red pepper salsa and pita
hummus & pita
moroccan chicken skewers
Dessert:
nutella no bake cheesecakes
strawberries and pound cake skewers
My go to drink is usually a sangria or some wine. But I do happen to have a lot of vanilla vodka that I'd love to use but I don't know what drink I can make with it as a pitcher (don't want to be mixing drinks all night long).
What am I missing and do you have a drink suggestion? Thanks!

omg. let me say that I wish I was one of your girlfriends cause I would loovee to eat more than one of the things on your menu! Especially the strawberries and poundcake skewers.
drink recipes using vanilla vodka:
1 splash cranberry juice
1 handfulcrushed raspberries
Mix crushed raspberries and vodka together, pour over ice, top up with cranberry juice and stir.
2 oz pineapple juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
My only complaint is there are no recipes linked to this menu. It sounds really good.

Thanks! That Crimson pod sounds great. And I don't have to buy expensive ingredients which is great since I"m on a tight budget.
