Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I'm attempting the heart shaped ravioli from Annie's blog. I originally planned to make the recipe she posted with the picture. I then found a pasta primer post on her blog that was more recent with a different pasta recipe. The first recipe is flour only. The second is a regular flour/semolina flour mix. Any thoughts on which recipe I should use? Does it make a difference since its a filled pasta? I've made regular pasta before with my KA but never attempted a filled pasta.
