I have bootcamp tonight, lol....but I made vodka sauce over the weekend so we'll have that with tortellini and some crusty bread.
J got me chocolate covered strawberries for dessert!

Hot artichoke dip for appetizer and Pork Chops, mashed potatoes and veggies and making sugar cookies with sprinkles for the hubby and he has been asking for his favorite pasta salad so im making that for him tonight too .......

With fresh green beans and some kind of potato side dish. I thought about Hassleback potatoes since they look fancy (although very simple to prepare) but they need about an hour in the oven.
Chocolate pots de creme for dessert (I made them last night because they need time to set in the fridge - they were actually very simple to make) and I'll make fresh whipped cream for the topping, along with the strawberries I just bought on my lunch break.

Nothing special here tonight - we had Lightened Up Eggplant Parmigiana with spaghetti and salad.
