painting kitchen cabinets?

I would like to have my kitchen cabinets painted white - does anyone have a rec?

I do!  I used Picasso Cabinets.  http://www.picassocabinet.com/.  They refinished my vanities and did an amazing job.  They were fast, too!  They came to my house, removed the cabinet doors and hardware, and took them back to their shop to sand off the old paint and refinish.  Then they came back, did the cabinet frames and reattached the doors and new hinges/hardware that I had bought.  Whomever you end up using, make sure they spray your cabinets, and don't use a roller or paintbrush because otherwise you'll see lines.

At what fraction cost vs replacement would repainting be? I adore this cabinet display at home depot by Kraftsmaid in dark glazed oak, perfect for my cabs! But I can't seem to pull the trigger on getting an estimate so I can have a ballpark on what I would need to set aside.
