Help with making a cookie cake?

Do I just use the recipe for choc. chip cookies?

I do not want the "cake" to rise like cookies...so is there a different recipe that I should use?  I have a thin heart cake pan that is to make a cookie cake, so I don't want to use a recipe where is rises then makes a mess everywhere! :)

 Thanks!

Re: Help with making a cookie cake?

  • You can either use a basic chocolate chip cooke recipe (like Nestle Toll House) or storebought dough.  Neither will rise enough to pour over the sides of the pan.  HTH! :)
