Confessions/Randoms/Flamefuls
Flameful confession: I don't participate in OOTD posts because I rotate my wardrobe on a bi-weekly basis and only buy clothes about 4 times out of the year. Thus, by the third week, my outfits would start repeating.
It makes me feel poor, because it seems like those who do participate are buying clothes on a weekly basis.
Happy Valentine's Day! lol

How's this: About 4/5 of my wardrobe right now are hand-me-downs. From my mom. I'm too po' to afford a new wardrobe, and most of my old things now fit me like a wizard's sleeve.
She wears a lot of pastel colors. I HATE pastels.
That's pretty much my daily attire as well. I love casual dress work environments.
I used to buy clothes about once a month. I'm down to only a few times a year and now and then if I see something I REALLY want I'll buy it. On the F&B board those girls are posting new outfits weekly and it isn't cheap stuff, either. I have to save money, so I've cut down a lot.
Most of my clothes this winter are from the past 2 yrs. I only bought 3 sweaters, 2 long sleeve knit shirts and a pair of jeans this season. I'm losing weight and am going to try to wear some of the clothes I have that are on the small side. I'm really tired of the stuff that I have.
Confession: I have had a Nook for about 2 yrs and have hardly used it. I always start to read and then I fall asleep so I just stopped trying.
I have to do laundry every week because I only have about 7 days worth of clothes that fit (and this is wearing pairs of jeans twice). I have friends that can go a month without doing laundry b/c they have so many clothes.
I am so scared about moving away from my friends and family to a place where I don't know anyone. I almost want to call and withdraw my acceptance of the job and stay here unemployed.
confession:
I cried today because my chocolate covered strawberries weren't coming out right, because i cheaped out and tried the chocolate bark instead of the dipping chocolate for 40 cents more. I managed to hold it together at work all day today (see my post above, for reason) and fell apart over the chocolate.
random:
I just got my uniform shirts in and we switch uniforms in March, but for the next two weeks at least i get to do work laundry every 3 days instead of every night.
flameful:
I get irritated when my IL's wake me up on my days off, because they want to be sure I won't be late for work should I have it that day.
(I have not and will not ever say anything other than "thank you" to them, when this happens, but I still feel guilty for having the feelings. They've been amazingly generous to DH and me.)
