No Red ank fireworks this year :(

I'm so sad. I've gone every year since I was 4. For me this fireworks display is the 4th of July, I do nothing else to celebrate. So sad.

Wow that sucks!  We go to a big party every year at a friends where you can see the red bank fireworks, it's always so much fun and a 4th of July tradition for us.

Ugh...that stinks. I LOVED their fireworks! We always had so much fun.

This is so sad.  I used to walk downtown to see them with my dad every year.  It's like a part of childhood gone I've heard the town is really struggling though.  Maybe one of the local Navesink River celebs will come through... Wishful thinking!

this makes me sooooo sad.  its always been a family tradition to sit on the west beach of our island and watch them...i so hope that rumson keeps the fireworks...

This is sooooo sad.  I used to go every year with my family, and then as I got older, with my friends.  I always thought it was so cool b/c we lived so close, to be a part of a really great fireworks show like Red Bank.  We used to go for the Lighthouse ices afterwards
