I work with LOTS of great appraisers. What exactly are you looking for?
well, we're putting in an offer on a home and if it's accepted [crossing fingers, legs, eyes, etc.] we'll need to have it appraised and all that jazz before we can close on it. ?we have to pick an appraiser who's on the approved list from our lender, although we're told that said list is about a mile long.

can you give me the location of your property? And then I can give you a list of people we use, then you can just cross reference them to your lenders list?
