I am making one for the potential employee that we may hire to do my job this summer.  I plan on taking Friday's off and maybe I can squeak out some Thursdays also.  We try to take off some Friday's (or half) usually, but I really want to commit to it this year.

I am making a rough draft that I will need to revise a few times.  Describing my job is tougher than I thought!  It isn't necessarily a hard job, but it can be complicated and very fast paced. 

Knowing me, I won't find someone capable enough and will be working all summer long.

Yeah, if he/she doesn't show up, it would defeat the whole purpose!  I am actually hoping to find a teacher, friend or someone we already know that wants some extra summer cash.

Good luck, I hope you find someone good so you don't have to worry about them not doing the job right!   I know how difficult it can be to outline your job duties and responsibilities, I've had to do that before and I feel like I'm either over analyzing every job task or leaving something out everytime.

Good for you! My advice is to write down every task you do right after you do them (for a couple days), so you have a thorough list of your duties and responsibilities. I know I would forget something if I just wrote it in one day because everything becomes second nature!

Yeah, I am hoping that someone will come to mind that I can trust.  Worst case scenario, I forward the calls to my cell phone and answer while I am out at the pool.
