As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

This is really annoying right?
Pediatrician's office phone is going right to the service.
Office Message says they start answering the phone M-F @ 9am and I know they dont close the office at lunch. All the local public schools have off for Winter Break this week and 2 of the 3 Drs live local and have kids in the school system.
So are the open this week? Are they closed? Are the out of the office today? When can I get in to make an appt for my sick child? Only way to find out is to leave a message with the service and wait for a call back, but really how do you close the office when there are 3 Drs?

neither of those things has ever happened in 5 years, if its too busy and all the lines are taken the phone is busy it doesnt flip over to service.
