Meal ideas for a girl's night
I have 6 ( 7 including me) girlfriends coming over for dinner on Friday.
I typically either do a Pizza, Salad, Taco or Pasta bar..I want to do something different. Any ideas? With Lent around the corner, getting that final "meat " on friday would be great, BUT, I do NOT want to break the bank!
Thanks for any suggestions!
Re: Meal ideas for a girl's night
I like quiches, and they're pretty cheap depending what you put in them.

a variety of tapas/small plates with wine? you could include "meat" in some items or all of them.
or fondue?
quiche sounds good, but screams "brunch" more than "girls' night" ...
(oh, and why is "meat" in quotes?)
