I found this recipe on pinterest & tried it tonight- basically cream cheese/sugar/vanilla between 2 layers of crescent roll w/ butter/sugar/cinnamon on top & baked.
It goes in a 9x13 pan and the only one I have is a regular metal brownie type pan. Now that I've baked it, I am not sure if I can slice it & remove the slices to bring it where I am taking it???I really don't want to take this pan....
So is it possible to remove it from the pan in any way if I let it cool so the cream cheese doesn't ooze out everywhere? (or maybe just in 2 halves and slice when I get there?)
Also what is the best way to cut this thing, I didn't think about it and the recipe didn't explain. Squares or rectangles or something?
Re: has anyone made the crescent roll cheesecake things?
I let mine cool in the fridge and then sliced it. I cut mine into squares.

I am going to make these! Do I just keep them in the fridge until they're being served? I don't actually eat cheesecake but DH and SD will love these.

Thanks all! I bit the bullet before the responses & cut them and as you know, it was fine. I put them in the fridge and then took them out & drove about 30 min w/ them, hoping they'd come more to room temperature but they didn't really. I wish I'd let them sit out since it was only like 2 hrs b/c they're definitely better at room temp than cold- more creamy like. But still yummy & a hit!
Wonderful!
My husbands family sticks the cut pieces in the freezer and eat them frozen! (crazy!)
Glad they cut well for you, and now you know better for next time.
