I was going to reply just because no one was and your post looked so sad. Perhaps if you feel the bolded than it may be time to back away from this show! FWIW I have never seen it.

One of the most underrated shows IMO. I've seen every season and think the show is amazing, give it another season!

I do believe that this is part of the problem.
Yes, Tim Riggins is hot. I agree wholeheartedly with that, but season 2 is SOOOOO BAD. How did you get through it? It's not like Grey's where I watched it for 5 years before it became bad. It's season TWO!
I miss Breaking Bad.
It gets better, I promise. I watched the whole show by myself the first time I saw it, and made me husband go back and re-watch it all with me again. The beginning of season two, he was ready to give up. He HATED IT.
I made him wait a few more episodes.
Now he's obsessed and still says it's one of the best shows he's ever seen.
I think that was the season with the writers strike or something? (Am I making this up?) That's why the beginning is so god awful.
